Representative Benoit, for the Committee on Health, Education and Welfare, reports back the following measure, with recommendation of passage: (99-H 5176) (Substitute "A") House Resolution respectfully requesting the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to provide notification to cities and towns prior to performing environmental tests.
