The Honorable Senate is called to order at 2:34 Senators o'clock P.M., by the His Honor, the Lieutenant
Governor, Charles J. Fogarty, on the first Tuesday in January, A.D., 1999 (being the first Tuesday of the Month).
His Honor, the Lieutenant Governor, appoints Senators Enos, Irons, Coderre and Blais to escort the Honorable James R. Langevin, Secretary of State, to the Senate Chamber.
