The Senate meets pursuant to adjournment and is called to order by His Honor, the Lieutenant Governor, Charles J. Fogarty, at 4:07 o'clock P.M.

Moran, former Councilman from the City of Pawtucket and former Chairman of the Pawtucket Board of Canvassers, whose contributions to the City of Pawtucket will long be remembered.
