1. On page 4, line 6, by inserting after the word "and" the following language: "through the 2005 state fiscal year".

2. On page 4, line 7, by deleting the word "thereafter".

3. On page 4, lines 7 through 14 by restoring the following language: "eight dollars ($8.00) during the 1986 state fiscal year, nine dollars ($9.00) during the 1987 fiscal year, ten dollars ($10.00) during the 1998 fiscal year, eleven dollars ($11.00) during the 1989 fiscal year, and thirteen dollars ($13.00) during the 1990 fiscal year. For each fiscal year thereafter, through the end of the 2009 fiscal year, the municipal tipping fee shall be equal to one hundred seven and one half percent (107 1/2%) of the prior fiscal year's municipal tipping fee. Beginning in the 1989-1990 fiscal year, one dollar and ten cents ($1.10) per ton on all garbage, including recycled garbage, collected by the corporation as tipping fee shall be paid to the town of Johnston."
