In the event of an evening, night or weeI::end inspection, the reports, policies, procedures or other documents normally produced at the commencement of a survey shall not be required to be produced until the next business day. Any such reasonable deferaal shall not result in the issuance of a citation," and by amending the subsections lettered "(b)" and "(c)" to be "(c)" and "(d)", respectively.
