It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 1-2 of the General Laws entitled "Airports and Landing Fields" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section:
1-2-14.2. The Colonel Robert F. Wood Air Park. -- The Newport Air Park and the Newport State Air Park shall be officially named and known as "The Colonel Robert F. Wood Air Park."
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
