RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGE

Introduced By:  Senators Perry and Roney Date Introduced:  June 20, 2000

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, David J. Zeiler of Groton, Massachusetts may join Michelle Zeiler and Kipp Bradford in marriage at a place within the city of Providence on July 23rd, 2000. David J. Zeiler is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriage".

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
