RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted
by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the
contrary, Roger W. Walker, Town Justice for the Town of East Hampton, New York,
may join Elizabeth L. Schubert and Geoffrey G. Burns in marriage at a place
within the Town of Portsmouth on June 22, 2002. Judge Walker is hereby
authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to
and in accordance with Chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled
"Solemnization of Marriages."
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
