RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY -- HUMAN CLONING

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 23-16.4-4 of the General Laws in Chapter 23-16.4 entitled "Human Cloning" is hereby amended to read as follows:

23-16.4-4. Sunset clause. -- The prohibition in section 23-16.4-2 shall expire five (5) years from on July 7, 1998 2010.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
