RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING THE CREATION OF A SPECIAL HOUSE
COMMISSION TO STUDY THE USE OF ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES (ATV'S)

RESOLVED, That the creation of a special house commission to study the use of all-terrain vehicles by an act designated as 2001-H 5557 be and the same is hereby ratified and confirmed effective May 5, 2001.

RESOLVED, That the commission shall report its findings and recommendations to the house of representatives on or before February 5, 2003 and said commission shall expire on March 5, 2003.
