A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Raymond

A. Geer, Justice of the Peace in North Stonington, Connecticut, may join Amy Elizabeth Walter

and Michael Allen Graham in marriage at a place within the town of Richmond on or about April

26, 2003. Mr. Geer is hereby authorized and empowered to join the forgoing persons in marriage

pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled “Solemnization of

Marriages.”

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
