H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION

TO STUDY SECURITY ISSUES AT THE STATE HOUSE

     Date Introduced: January 08, 2003

 

     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 305

passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2001, and approved June 26,

2001 entitled “House Resolution Creating A Special Legislative House Commission To Study

Security Issues At The State House” and as amended by resolution No. 14 passed by the General

Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2002, and approved January 10, 2002 entitled “Joint

Resolution Expanding The Membership Of The Special House Commission To Study Security

Issues At The State House” is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the

General Assembly on or before December 31, 2004, and said commission shall expire on March

5, 2005, and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 305 passed by the

House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2001, and approved June 26, 2001 and as

amended by resolution No. 14, passed the General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2002,

and approved January 10, 2002 be and the same are hereby rescinded.
