S E N A T E R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL SENATE COMMISSION TO STUDY WASTEWATER RECLAMATION AND REUSE IN RHODE ISLAND

     RESOLVED, That the special senate commission created by resolution No. 342 passed

by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2003, and approved July 2, 2003 entitled "SENATE

RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL SENATE COMMISSION TO STUDY

WASTEWATER RECLAMATION AND REUSE IN RHODE ISLAND" is hereby authorized to

continue its study and make a report to the Senate on or before January 13, 2005, and said

commission shall expire on June 15, 2005; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 342, passed by the

Senate at its January session, A.D. 2003, and approved July 2, 2003 be and the same is hereby

rescinded.
