J O I N T R E S O L U T I O N

REINSTATING THE LIFE OF AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO PLAN THE COMMEMORATION OF THE 225TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE MARCH OF GENERAL ROCHAMBEAU FROM NEWPORT, RHODE ISLAND TO YORKTOWN, VIRGINIA

     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by Resolution No. 358

passed by the General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2001, and approved July 13, 2001,

entitled "JOINT RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO

PLAN THE COMMEMORATION OF THE 225TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE MARCH OF

GENERAL ROCHAMBEAU FROM NEWPORT, RHODE ISLAND TO YORKTOWN,

VIRGINIA" is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is

authorized to continue its study and make a report to the General Assembly on or before June 25,

2009 and said commission shall expire on August 25, 2009; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by Resolution

No. 358, passed by the General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2001, and approved July

13, 2001, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
