A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Julio M.

Fuentes, a United States Court of Appeals Judge for the Third Circuit, may join Ravi V. Sitwala

and Storey K. Radziunas in marriage at a place within the City of Providence on or about August

27, 2005. Judge Fuentes is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in

marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled

"Solemnization of Marriages."

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
