A N A C T

EXEMPTING THE REAL, MIXED AND PERSONAL PROPERTY OF CRANSTON POLICE FRATERNAL ADVANCEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC.

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. All the real, mixed, and personal property of the Cranston Police Fraternal

Advancement Association, Inc., a non-business corporation, incorporated on November 16, 2004

shall be exempt from all local taxation so long as it shall be used for the purpose for which said

corporation was incorporated.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
