A N A C T

RELATING TO CITIES AND TOWNS -- EXEMPTING FROM TAXATION PROPERTY OF

THE PIOUS SOCIETY OF THE MISSIONARIES OF ST. CHARLES BOROMEO, INC.

     It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. All the real, mixed and personal property of the Pious Society of the

Missionaries of St. Charles Boromeo, Inc., a Rhode Island nonbusiness corporation, incorporated

October 24, 1956, shall be exempt from all local taxation so long as it shall be used for the

purpose for which said corporation was incorporated.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
