A N A C T

EXEMPTING FROM TAXATION THE REAL, MIXED AND PERSONAL PROPERTY OF CRANSTON STREET HOCKEY LEAGUE, INC.

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. That the real, mixed and personal property of the CRANSTON STREET

HOCKEY LEAGUE, INC., a non-business corporation, incorporated on March 1, 1985, shall be

exempt from all local taxes so long as said property shall be used for the purposes for which said

corporation was incorporated.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
