OF THE CHARTER OF THE FIRE ENGINE COMPANY IN EAST

is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 1039 of the Public Laws,
1902 entitled "An Act in
Amendment
Of And In Addition to An Act In Amendment Of An Act
entitled An Act In
Amendment
Of The Charter Of The Fire Engine Company In
January
Session 1982" as amended, and all amendments thereto, are is
hereby amended to read as
follows:
SECTION 3. The annual meetings of said corporation shall be
held on the second third
Monday in June.
SECTION 16. This act shall take effect from and after its passage,
and all acts and parts
of acts inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
