A N A C T

RELATING TO THE CLEARY SCHOOL

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Section 2 of that act of the 1894 Public Laws entitled "An Act to

Incorporate the Cleary School" is hereby amended to read as follows:

     Section 2. Said corporation may take, hold, transmit and convey real and personal estate

to an amount not exceeding seventy-five thousand one million five hundred thousand dollars,

which shall be exempt from taxation so long as the same shall be used for school purposes only.

     SECTION 2. The corporate charter for Cleary School as created by an April 6, 1894 act

of the general assembly and since revoked is hereby reinstated for a period of one hundred twenty

(120) days. Upon the expiration of the one hundred twenty (120) day period the corporation shall

be deemed dissolved.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon passage.
