J O I N T R E S O L U T I O N

REINSTATING THE LIFE AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL

LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY TRANSIT SERVICE IN THE STATE OF RHODE

ISLAND

    RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 377

passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2004, and approved June 25, 2004, entitled

"Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Study Commission to Study Transit Service in

the State of Rhode Island" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the

General Assembly on or before February 1, 2006, and said commission shall expire on April 22,

2006; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 377 passed by the

Senate at its January session, A.D. 2004, and approved June 25, 2004, be and the same is hereby

rescinded.
