A N A C T

RELATING TO MAKING APPROPRIATIONS IN SUPPORT OF FY 2007

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of 2006—H 7120 Substitute A, as amended,

in Article 1, page 20, entitled "Relating to Making Appropriations in Support of FY 2007" is

hereby amended on line 4 to change the number 25,633,914 to the number 25,833,914 and on line

5, to change the number 3, 167,659 to the number 2,967,659.

     SECTION 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of 2006—H 7120 Substitute A, as amended,

in Article 3, page 24, entitled "Relating to Making Revised Appropriations for the Support of the

State for fiscal year ending June 30, 2006" is hereby amended on line 33, to change the number

1,448,573 to the number 1,648,573 and to change the number 23,050,724 to the number

23,250,724 and on line 34 by inserting the figure (200,000) after the first number 3,016,818 to

appear in the second column of numbers and by changing the number 3,016,818 in the third

column of numbers to 2,816,818.

     SECTION 3. Notwithstanding the provisions of 2006—H 7120 Substitute A, as amended,

in Article 30, page 2, entitled "An Act Relating to Taxation" is hereby amended on line 34, by

restoring the stricken words "of net terminal income" and also the second word "of" on said line;

on page 3, line 1, by restoring the stricken words "authorized machines at Newport Grand"; on

page 3, line 3, by restoring the stricken words "of net terminal income"; on page 3, line 4, by

restoring the stricken words "of" and "authorized machines at Lincoln Park"; on page 3, line 7, by

restoring the stricken words "of" and "authorized"; and on page 3, line 8, by restoring the stricken

words "machines at Lincoln Park".

     SECTION 4. Notwithstanding the provisions of 2006—H 7120 Substitute A, as amended,

in Article 30, page 5, entitled "An Act Relating to Taxation" is hereby amended on line 17, to

change July 2007 to July 2006, and on line 18, to change July 2008 to July 2007.

     SECTION 5. This act shall take effect upon passage.
