H O U S E  R E S O L U T I O N

REINSTATING THE LIFE AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION  DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY PROHIBITING THE USE OF THIMEROSAL IN IMMUNIZATIONS

     RESOLVED, That a special legislative commission created by Resolution No. 250

passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2005, and approved May 5,

2005, entitled "HOUSE RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE

COMMISSION TO STUDY PROHIBITING THE USE OF THIMEROSAL IN

IMMUNIZATIONS" is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is

authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before

May 2, 2007 and said commission shall expire on July 2, 2007; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution

No. 250, passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2005 and approved

May 5, 2005 be and the same is hereby rescinded.
