H O U S E  R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE REMEDIATION OF NATURALLY OCCURRING ARSENIC IN SOIL

     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 387

passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2006, and approved June 21,

2006 entitled "House Resolution Creating A Special Legislative Commission To Study The

Requirements For The Remediation Of Naturally Occurring Arsenic In Soil" is hereby authorized

to continue its study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before May 29,

2008, and said commission shall expire on June 29, 2008; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 387 passed by the

House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2006, and approved June 21, 2006, be and

the same is hereby rescinded.
