RELATING TO PUBLIC FINANCE -- STATE BUDGET

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $19,423,025 from the Budget Reserve and

Cash Stabilization Account for FY 2007.

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage and shall be retroactive to June 30,

2007.
