AUTHORIZING AN
INCREASE IN THE HOLDINGS OF THE WATCH HILL CHAPEL SOCIETY

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION
1. Section 1 of Legislative Act 81-S 652 of the 1981 Public Laws entitled
"An
Act
Authorizing an Increase in the Holdings of the Watch Hill Chapel Society"
is hereby
amended
to read as follows:
Section
1. The Watch Hill Chapel Society, a non-business corporation, incorporated by
an act
of the general assembly, 1876, is hereby authorized and entitled to take, hold,
transmit, and
convey
real and personal estate to an amount not exceeding one ten
million, five hundred
thousand dollars ($1,500,000) ($10,000,000), so
long as such property shall be used for the
purposes
for which said corporation was incorporated.
SECTION
2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
