A N A C T

RELATING TO EDUCATION - REGIONAL VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Chapter 16-45 of the General Laws entitled "Regional Vocational Schools"

is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section:

16-45-6.2. The Paul W. Crowley Metropolitan Career and Technical Center. -- The

Metropolitan Career and Technical Center, in Newport, Rhode Island, shall hereafter be named

and known as the "Paul W. Crowley Metropolitan Career and Technical Center."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
