RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES - AUTOMATED TRAFFIC VIOLATION

MONITORING SYSTEMS

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 418 of the 2005 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating

to Motor and Other Vehicles – Automated Traffic Violation Monitoring Systems", is hereby

amended to read as follows:

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage and shall be repealed effective three

years subsequent to such date.

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
