H O U S E R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF SELLING ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE BIG RIVER MANAGEMENT AREA BACK TO THE PRIOR OWNERS OR THEIR HEIRS

     RESOLVED, That the special house commission created by resolution No. 361 passed by

the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2005, and approved June 30, 2005

entitled "HOUSE RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO

STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF SELLING ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE BIG RIVER

MANAGEMENT AREA BACK TO THE PRIOR OWNERS OR THEIR HEIRS" and as

amended by resolution No. 19 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session,

A.D. 2006 and approved January 10, 2006, entitled "HOUSE RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE

REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE

FEASIBILITY OF SELLING ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE BIG RIVER MANAGEMENT

AREA BACK TO THE PRIOR OWNERS OR THEIR HEIRS" and as amended by resolution

No. 24 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2007 and approved

January 16, 2007, entitled "HOUSE RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE

OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF SELLING

ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE BIG RIVER MANAGEMENT AREA BACK TO THE

PRIOR OWNERS OF THEIR HEIRS" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a

report to the House of Representatives on or before January 27, 2009, and said commission shall

expire on March 27, 2009; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 361 passed by the

House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2005, and approved June 30, 2005 and as

amended by resolution No. 19, passed by the House of Representatives at its January session,

A.D. 2006 and approved January 10, 2006 and as amended by resolution No. 24, passed the

House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2007 and approved January 16, 2007 be

and the same are hereby rescinded.
