     RESOLVED, That the reporting date of Senate Resolution No. 248 passed by the Senate

at its January session, A.D. 2007, and approved May 15, 2007 entitled "Senate Resolution

Requesting the Auditor General to Perform a Proactive Forensic Audit on the Sewer Charges

Assessed by the Warwick Sewer Authority" be and the same is hereby authorized to continue its

study and make a report to the Governor, Senate President and Speaker of he House on or before

January 15, 2009.
