H O U S E R E S O L U T I O N

RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE STATE TRAFFIC COMMISSION TO INSTALL FLASHING SCHOOL ZONE LIGHTS AND SIGNAGE ON MAIN AVENUE IN THE CITY OF WARWICK

     RESOLVED, That this House of Representatives of the State of Rhode Island and

Providence Plantations hereby respectfully requests the state traffic commission to install two

flashing school zone lights with signage indicating "School Zone – 20 mph" on Main Avenue,

one light to be located at the intersection of Main Avenue and Child Lane and one to be located at

the intersection of Main and Buttonwoods Avenues in the City of Warwick forthwith; and be it

further

     RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and he hereby is authorized and directed to

transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to the Chairman of the State Traffic Commission

and the Chairman of the Warwick City Council.
