That the special house commission created by resolution No. 206 passed by

House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2003, and approved May
20, 2003
entitled
"House Resolution Creating a Special House Commission To Undertake A
Comprehensive
Study Of The Veterans Home In Bristol And Develop A Master Plan For The
Overall
Future Direction Of The Facility", and extended by resolution No. 121
passed by the
House
of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2004, and approved March 10,
2004
entitled
"House Resolution Extending the Reporting Date of the Special House
Commission To
Undertake
A Comprehensive Study Of The Veterans Home In Bristol And Develop A Master
Plan
For The Overall Future Direction Of The Facility", and recreated by
resolution No. 186
passed
by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2005, and approved
April 13,

Future Direction Of The Facility", is hereby authorized to continue its
study and make a
report
to the House of Representatives on or before June 4, 2009, and said commission
shall
expire
on July 1, 2009; and be it further
RESOLVED,
That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 206 passed by the
House
of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2003, and approved May 20,
2003, and
extended
by resolution No. 121 passed by the House of Representatives at its January
session,
A.D.
2004, and approved March 10, 2004, and recreated by resolution No. 186 passed
by the
House
of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2005, and approved April 13,
2005, and
recreated
by resolution No. 013 passed by the House of Representatives at its January
session,
A.D.
2006, and approved January 5, 2006, and recreated by resolution No. 003 passed
by the
House
of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2008, and approved January 1,
2008, be and
the
same are hereby rescinded.
