H O U S E  R E S O L U T I O N

REINSTATING THE LIFE OF AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO UNDERTAKE A COMPREHENSIVE STUDY OF STATE PROPERTY AVAILABLE FOR HOUSING HOMELESS VETERANS

AND THEIR FAMILIES

     RESOLVED, That the special house commission created by Resolution No. 314 passed

by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2006, and approved June 7, 2006,

entitled "HOUSE RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO

UNDERTAKE A COMPREHENSIVE STUDY OF STATE PROPERTY AVAILABLE FOR

HOUSING HOMELESS VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES" is hereby reinstated and the

same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a

report to the House of Representatives on or before June 2, 2009 and said commission shall

expire on August 2, 2009; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution

No. 314, passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2006 and approved

June 7, 2006 be and the same is hereby rescinded.
