A N A C T

AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE STATE FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2010

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of 2009-H 5983 Substitute A, as amended,

entitled “An Act Making Appropriations for the Support of the State for Fiscal Year Ending June

30, 2010”, in Article 7 Substitute A, as amended, entitled “Relating to Pensions”, on page 26, line

17, after the words and punctuation “family court,” by inserting the words “the district court”;

and on page 27, line 28, after the words and punctuation “family court” by inserting the words

“the district court”.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
