A N A C T

RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- DIVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 31-2-6 of the General Laws in Chapter 31-2 entitled "Division of

Motor Vehicles" is hereby amended to read as follows:

31-2-6. Offices. -- The administrator shall maintain offices in those places in the state

that he or she may deem necessary to properly carry out the powers and duties vested in the

division of motor vehicles. The administrator shall maintain a branch office offices in the town

towns of Warren and Westerly and keep that office the Warren office open for business at least

three (3) days per week and keep the Westerly office open at least one day per week.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
