J O I N T R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL JOINT COMMISSION TO STUDY THE UNDERGROUND ECONOMY AND EMPLOYEE MISCLASSIFICATION

     RESOLVED, That the special joint commission created by Resolution No. 372 enacted

by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 2008, and approved July 8, 2008, entitled

"Joint Resolution Creating a Special Joint Commission to Study the Underground Economy and

Employee Misclassification" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the

general assembly on or before June 30, 2010, and said commission shall expire on July 31, 2010;

and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by Resolution No. 372, passed by

the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 2008, and approved July 8, 2008, be and the

same is hereby rescinded.
