That this House of Representatives of the State of

hereby respectfully requests the state traffic commission to investigate the
necessity for the installation of a traffic device at the
intersection of
Plainfield Pike (Route 14)
in the Town of

That the Secretary of State be and he hereby is
authorized and directed to
transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to the
Chairman of the State Traffic Commission.
