REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO STUDY
REGIONALIZING AND/OR COMBINING ADMINSTRATIVE AND OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE

RESOLVED,
That the special House commission created by
resolution No. 188 passed
by the House of Representatives at its January session
A.D. 2007, and approved April 25, 2007,
entitled “House Resolution Creating a Special House Commission
to Study Regionalizing and/or
Combining Administrative
and Other Functions of the
School Systems” and as
amended by resolution No. 23 passed by the House of Representatives at
its January session A.D. 2009, and approved January 22,
2009, entitled “House Resolution
Extending the Reporting
Date of the Special House Commission to Study Regionalizing and/or
Combining Administrative
and Other Functions of the
School Systems” is hereby
authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House of
Representatives on or
before August 31, 2010, and said commission shall expire on November
30, 2010; and be it further
RESOLVED,
That the time for reporting authorized by resolution
No. 188 passed by the
House of Representatives at
its January session A.D. 2007, and approved April 25, 2007, and as
amended by resolution No. 23 passed by the House of
Representatives at its January session A.D.
2009, and approved January
22, 2009, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
