H O U S E R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE STRUCTURE AND WORKINGS OF THE RHODE ISLAND DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (DOT)

     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 305

passed by the House of Representatives at it January session, A.D. 2009, and approved June 23,

2009, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special House Commission to Study the Structure

and Workings of the Rhode Island Department of Transportation (DOT)" is hereby authorized to

continue its study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before June 1, 2011,

and said commission shall expire on August 1, 2011; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 305 passed by the

House of Representatives at its January Session, A.D. 2009, and approved June 23, 2009, be and

the same is hereby rescinded.
