A N A C T
RELATING TO THE
TOWN OF

It is enacted by the
General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 5,
Section 503 of the West
Warwick Home Rule Charter
the annual financial town meeting in the town of
the year 2011 shall be held on June 14, 2011.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
