RELATING TO THE
CITY OF

It is enacted by the
General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Deficit reduction – City of
resolution, rule, regulation or code to the contrary, the city
of
Fire Prevention Fund,
Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund and Dog Pound Spay/Neuter Fund for
deficit reduction purposes in Fiscal Year 2011.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
