RELATING TO PERMANENT JOINT COMMITTEE ON NAMING ALL NEW BUILDINGS, BRIDGES, EDIFICES AND OTHER STATE CONSTRUCTIONS

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 22-7.4-44 of the General Laws in Chapter 22-7.4 entitled

"Permanent Joint Committee on Naming All New Buildings, Bridges, Edifices and Other State

Constructions" is hereby amended to read as follows:

22-7.4-44. The Gloria DiSandro McDonald Building. -- The building known as the

women's medium security facility at the adult correctional institution building, which is called the

Jonathan Arnold Building, No. 07095 47, at 13 Fleming Road, Cranston, RI shall be named and

known as the Gloria DiSandro McDonald Building.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
