H O U S E R E S O L U T I O N

REINSTATING THE LIFE AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION

DATES OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO UNDERTAKE A COMPREHENSIVE

STUDY OF STATE PROPERTY AVAILABLE FOR HOUSING HOMELESS VETERANS

AND THEIR FAMILIES

     RESOLVED, That the special house commission created by Resolution No. 314 passed

by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2006, and approved June 7, 2006,

entitled “House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Undertake a

Comprehensive Study of State Property Available for Housing Homeless Veterans and Their

Families” and as amended by Resolution No. 204 passed by the House of Representatives at its

January session, A.D. 2008, and approved May 1, 2008, entitled “House Resolution Reinstating

the Life of and Extending the Reporting and Expiration Dates of the Special Legislative

Commission to Undertake a Comprehensive Study of State Property Available for Housing

Homeless Veterans and Their Families” is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby

reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House of

Representatives on or before May 2, 2012, and said commission shall expire on July 29, 2012;

and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution

     No. 204, passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2008, and approved

May 1, 2008, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
