H O U S E R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION KNOWN

AS THE RENEWABLE ENERGY TASK FORCE

     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 239

passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2010, and approved May 13,

2010, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Be Known as

the Renewable Energy Task Force" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report

to the House of Representatives on or before May 1, 2011, and said commission shall expire on

June 30, 2011; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 239 passed by the

House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2010, and approved May 13, 2010, be and

the same is hereby rescinded.
