S E N A T E R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL SENATE

COMMISSION TO STUDY THE FUNDING OF VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS

     RESOLVED, That the special legislative study commission created by resolution No.

277 passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2010, and approved May 27, 2010, entitled

“Special Senate Commission To Study The Funding of Vocational Schools” is hereby authorized

to continue its study and make a report to the General Assembly on or before June 30, 2011 and

said commission shall expire on December 31, 2011; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by Resolution No. 277, passed by

the Senate at its January session, AD. 2010 and approved May 27, 2010 be and the same is

hereby rescinded.
