J O I N T R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY POTENTIAL ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PORT FACILITIES IN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND

     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 15

passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2009, and approved January

14, 2009, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study Potential

Economic Opportunities in the Development of Port Facilities in the State of Rhode Island" and

as extended by resolution No. 369 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session,

A.D. 2010, and approved June 25, 2010, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative

Commission to Study Potential Economic Opportunities in the Development of Port Facilities in

the State of Rhode Island" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the

General Assembly on or before June 14, 2012, and said commission shall expire on July 1, 2012;

and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 15 passed by the

General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2009, and approved January 14, 2009, and as

extended by resolution No. 369, passed by the General Assembly at its January session, A.D.

2010, and approved June 25, 2010, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
