RESOLVED,
That the special house commission created by
resolution No. 206 passed by
the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D.
2003, and approved May 20, 2003,
entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special House
Commission To Undertake A
Comprehensive Study Of The Veterans Home In
Overall Future Direction Of The Facility,” and extended by resolution No. 121 passed
by the
House of Representatives at
its January session, A.D. 2004, and approved March 10, 2004,
entitled "House Resolution Extending the Reporting Date
of the Special House Commission To
Undertake A Comprehensive Study Of The Veterans Home In
Plan For The
Overall Future Direction Of The Facility," and recreated by resolution No.
186
passed by the House of Representatives at its January session,
A.D. 2005, and approved April 13,
2005, entitled "House
Resolution Creating a Special House Commission To
Undertake A
Comprehensive Study Of The Veterans Home In
Overall Future Direction Of The Facility," and recreated by resolution No. 013
passed by the
House of Representatives at
its January session, A.D. 2006, and approved January 5, 2006,
entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special House

Overall Future Direction Of The Facility," and recreated by resolution No. 003

House of Representatives at
its January session, A.D. 2008, and approved January 1, 2008,
entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special House
Commission To Undertake A
Comprehensive Study Of The Veterans Home In
Overall Future Direction Of The Facility," and extended by resolution No. 144
passed by the
House of Representatives at
its January session, A.D. 2008, and approved April 8, 2008, entitled
“House Resolution Extending
the Reporting Date of the Special House Commission to Undertake
a Comprehensive Study of the Veterans Home in
Overall Future Direction of
the Facility,” and extended by resolution No. 208 passed by the
House of Representatives at
its January session, A.D. 2009, and approved April 29, 2009, entitled
“House Resolution
Reinstating and Extending the Reporting and Expiration Dates of the Special
House Commission to
Undertake a Comprehensive Study of the Veterans Home in
Develop a Master Plan for
the Overall Future Direction of the Facility,” is hereby reinstated and
the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is
authorized to continue its study and make a
report to the House of Representatives on or before June 12,
2014, and said commission shall
expire on July 31, 2014; and be it further
RESOLVED,
That the time for reporting authorized by resolution
No. 206 passed by the
House of Representatives at
its January session, A.D. 2003, and approved May 20, 2003, and
extended by resolution No. 121 passed by the House of
Representatives at its January session,
A.D. 2004, and approved
March 10, 2004, and recreated by resolution No. 186 passed by the
House of Representatives at
its January session, A.D. 2005, and approved April 13, 2005, and
recreated by resolution No. 013 passed by the House of
Representatives at its January session,
A.D. 2006, and approved
January 5, 2006, and recreated by resolution No. 003 passed by the
House of Representatives at
its January session, A.D. 2008, and approved January 1, 2008, and
extended by resolution No. 144 passed by the House of
Representatives at its January session
A.D. 2008, and approved

hereby rescinded.
