O L U T I O N
REINSTATING AND
EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO

RESOLVED,
That a special legislative commission created by
resolution No. 386 passed
by the General Assembly at its January session, A.D.
2012, and approved June 6, 2012, entitled
“Joint Resolution Creating
a Special Legislative Commission to Study Rhode
Pricing Statutes” is hereby
reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is
authorized to continue its study and make a report to the
General Assembly on or before January
31, 2014, and said
commission shall expire on February 28, 2014; and be it further
RESOLVED,
That the time for reporting and the date of expiration
authorized by
resolution No. 386 and passed by the General Assembly at its
January session, A.D. 2012, and
approved June 6, 2012, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
