CONVENTION TO AMEND OR REVISE THE CONSTITUTION?"

                   RESOLVED, That pursuant to the terms of Section 2 of Article XIV of the Rhode Island

              Constitution, the following question shall be submitted to the qualified electors of the state at the

              next general election in 2014: "Shall there be a convention to amend or revise the Constitution?"
