H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N
EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY AND REGULATIONS NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT APPROVAL INSPECTIONS FOR BARBERSHOP, HAIRDRESSER, AND COSMETICIAN LOCATIONS AND APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS

     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 366
passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved June 19,
2014, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study the
Feasibility and Regulations Necessary to Implement Approval Inspections for Barbershop,
Hairdresser, and Cosmetician Locations and Apprenticeship Programs" is hereby authorized to
continue its study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before March 3, 2015,
and said commission shall expire on April 30, 2015; and be it further
     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 366 passed by the
House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved June 19, 2014, be and
the same is hereby rescinded.
